Just to add my friend owns a Priceline and they get their amoxil for $4 from any wholesaler and they sell for $20. So if Priceline decided to compete with chemistwarehouse they can drop it down to $10 but refuse to because the customer isn’t bothered to travel to other pharmacies so just pay it. So in essence drug prices are all controlled and the purchase prices are essentially the same. So therefore it comes back to the pharmacy guild being hypocrites and not wanting their millions to decrease even though it’s a level playing field. A joke and hypocrites and again comes back the ACCC:
- pharmacy guild like doing in 60 day dispensing, trolling everyone for their own greed and not for the patient.
