They had several attempts to initiate flow over a week with Marti and they probably made a decision to prep Alameda about 4 days ago. AP would probably arrive on site tomorrow so I'm hoping flows at alameda will occur as they also source material for Marti rectification. The announcement says that flow tests of Alameda will occur in the mean time.
I think there was some robust conversations going on. We should remember that not all mud systems may be available for use in Cuba due to sanctions that apply to US technology IP.
The silver lining as I've stated is that better well control has resulted in better net/gross and core recovery. This will increase the oil in place and possibly recovery factor.
