Now Putin has agreed to hand over the river belt back to China clearing its path to north pacific. This was feared in discussions amongst Russian propagandists for many months now Putin seems to have just given it to China as he is cornered on world stage. This may be the start of bigger things to come like handing over all stolen land and access to Arctic through Siberia? Another win for Putin in this war.
