if someone big was to spend $$ opex would be low(maybe $80/t) as they would build the rail link. worth spending the $$ when there could be a 100year mine life.
unfortunately for mak big $$ would cause massive dilution, maybe something will come from the arrangement with the verte group, maybe not. the resource in not going away and if mak doesn't develop it someone else will, just hope us current mak holders see some value for it.
