To me, the temporal context is important. The product certainly seems to be "in front of" the FDA now as Silviu goes on to state words, to the effect, "if approval is granted.....". Such approval cannot happen unless the resubmission has already occurred.

If such is not the case then Mr Itescu has been very clumsy (and loose) with his words. I suspect that, given past issues, he would not make such a rookie error. Irrespectively, we know that soon the resubmission will occur if it has not already done so. We'll see. I only have a modest holding so I won't have to sell my first born if my interpretation is incorrect. GLTAH cheers Keith
