Here's another giant hole that the gormless Duddite forgot to mention.
Latrobe Valley has/had 4 main power stations. All about 30kms apart .
Loy Yang A and B still operating.
Hazelwood which shut down in 2017.
Yallourn power station still operating .
The Hazelwood site now hosts a 150mw battery . lt still has all it's grid connections available . lt still has a large water supply which is being used to fill the mine.
Yallourn power station is set to close in 2028. Just 4 years away. Already announced by its operator . Obviously with a water supply and large grid connection.
And yet the Duddite didn't mention the Hazelwood site or the Yallourn power station ??? Both which would be more available than Loy Yang.
Btw. The Hazelwood site is owned by Engie. Engie is a French company that operates several nuclear power stations in Belgium via it's subsidiary Electrobel .
Now why wouldn't the Dud be talking about those locations ????
