The earn out amount was reduced as revenue targets were not met. Small concern for FSG here I guess. For the shareholders that got the shares at 19 cents they are is loss territory, if still holding, so potentially have to wait to break even or make a profit. Fact that shares are trading between 2 and 3 cents is bad for all shareholders IMO.
