building , have afew driller friends in oil gas ,we do need acid to dissolve the muds , water/acid jet can be used high pressure jets to dislodge the mud ,speed up the acid process ,trouble is the 1/4 in slots are not very big , , whole idea is to get thru the mud liner and induce flow , in cuba supply would be a issue ,find a lemon farm try anything ,hydraulic acid /water fracking force water acid in thru the slots to help move the muds ,sound like they tried letting it flow naturally ,it needs help ,they have water and should have a pump just try it ,
the chineses are in cuba i would be on the phone to them and see what they have ,they just finished that 8km horizontal line so probably will have acid and water pressure blasting equipment
they will get it sorted ,supply will be the problem
