JPower share interest has increased from 7.72% to 8.95% based on those that have already accepted the takeover offer. Not a substantially offer to date, with only 1.23% of shares accepting the takeover offer (that is the backup 27c offer if the scheme fails). One would assume that the same 1.23% have accepted the Scheme as well. As much as I'd like to know the numbers, I don't think we will see many more of these Change in substantial holding notices, because if I am reading it correctly, the statement below says they don't need to until the relevant interest exceeds 40%.
