Maybe the figure they deemed as a requirement has been met by institutional interests etc & are considering a retail component ?
The wording is confusing but IMO it would be remiss of them not to offer retail holders some sort of reward for being as dedicated as quite a few holders have been through thick and thin even with the capital appreciation BOT has provided them of late.
Diluting them with no option would be a little rough IMO.
Regardless well done BOT'sters particularly those really long term holders who were here when it was considered a 'pot' stock.
