Why would Gina be lowering SP simply to encourage another party to bid to take over LTR, unless you are suggesting that she needs to JV with the bidder? The manipulated low SP isn't going to sway holders, TG or the Board to sell cheaply at this late stage by accepting another $3 bid, let alone something under that. Gina needs LTR if she is to become a major supplier to India as she's obviously attempting.
