Its the usual morning MTL open ritual. Closes at 0.20c or 0.25c then a 3m or 5m buy order for 0.30c goes in. Just before open someone pops in a sell at 0.20c to get ahead of all the other 0.30c sellers - so it doesn't go up or sometimes it gets a cross trade.
