Depends on whether the instos start backing DVP. If the finance next month is real, then they are six months out from selling rock. Market is forward looking so the smart money will buy now?
The "Luck of the draw" rule dictates that one person will win eventually. Surely someone who has been buying recently will win. One gotta be in it to win it. Therefore patience is very important. Results of the draw might be announced next month. If not, then it rolls over to the next month and so forth.
