just wondering what you mean .....weak in what way ?
my observation is that the west has been "measured' but firm in it's response to this war in terms of gifted weapons and economic , diplomatic and particularly strategic* responses to russias aggression .
they could've done more - but have done a lot dichotomies of either this or that are often inaccurate ......the question is not whether the west have been weak or not .....but how strong/weak were they (just like shares ....a matter of how much !)
* increasing of defence spending new NATO members upgrading weak weapons production capacities denial of revenues to russia
