I think the other thing to consider is that Sprott manages stock on behalf of a number of clients in separately managed accounts. It is possible that the Sprott reported holding includes all of these under the one umbrella.
If a few clients want to close down accounts or move into other commodities etc then that could cause selling of CTM shares. This could be with or without the advice of Sprott's investment advisors etc.
