Most of us here voted against all resolutions last November so we certainly did not approve the performance rights or RH's overly generous remuneration pacakge. TOE is controlled by intos - who RH issued shares to for cheap over the years to maintain his lifestyle. It is now up to them to remove him. We will likely vote the same way but the intos have the real voting power
