No, I am old enough to have lived through a few property cycles and stock market crashes. This includes seeing no one at all turn up to a beach house auction. The line up now would be 200 strong at the same place. Most people are blissfully clueless before a stock market crash. Pledge looks like you will be one of them. How many staff have lost their jobs recently in iron ore and nickel? How many restaurants and construction companies have had to close their doors? Is the headline 'not in recession' an illusion? Is the headline unemployment rate figure a bigger illusion?
I recommend MSB to see through the coming chaos if it gains approval - so you better sell.
