Aren't China smart using our coal, our resources to make solar panels, wind turbines and the like and selling it to all the countries in the world that have no chance of competing on cost or scale. All the while building new coal fired power stations for themselves to produce cheap power to make these no polluting pieces of rubbish that won't last 20 years at best. There is huge money to be made in this business and it isn't in using it to supply electricity .
