I saw this recently with LVT as well. Similar charts even, I’d say this is a new formula used to fund projects at the shareholders expense and then phoenix anything of value into allied companies which carry over staff. I’d go as far as to say pheonixing is now a common formula. Although illegal, there are so many structural loopholes.
