Well yeah, companies with better technology will acquire ones without any tech within the industry. It's Darwin's theory of evolution, the strong survive & the weak die out. The superior model usually wins.
Just like when Homo Sapiens replaced Neanderthals.
The Model T replaced horse & cart.
Broadband replaced dial-up.Perhaps companies that do their VAT manually might disagree.
You've been here for 2.5 years saying the same thing over & over again. I give you the same answer every time.
