Hi Golf, I can't answer that, not enough information has been given out by IXR. I suspect it's all part of the two-phase studies at Makuutu, plus I also think there must be a trial refining run with MREC to REO studies going on

But at the present time IXR has only stated
Hopefully later this year with the updated FS will can get more information, I would like to see IXR refine some MREC like they have performed on spent/recycled Perm magnets and get some sort of information and visuals, I guess now it's a waiting game for all that information, basically two FS (Belfast + Makuutu) SS for Refinery with IXR + VMM JVCo in Brazil.
