Looking at the net debt at Dec 2023 by itself is misleading. They just sold half the haul road for $1.1 billion dollars in an upfront payment. Although it needs approval.
Chris has said that they have many levers they can pull to reduce the debt if required, such as the aforementioned haul road sale.
