When they brought DD on I was supportive because the plan was to bring this huge project to market. It made sense to employ a CEO who had experience running a large multi national. But since then the situation has changed dramatically and now the company is in survival mode waiting to be saved by a strategic investor or a lithium price rise. The current situation can be run by people on a fraction of the salary of our current executives who should not have their contracts renewed. The large Houston office can be dispensed with seeing that 1/2 the staff have been let go and the board can be trimmed back to the statutory mandated 3.
