    i dont hold DOC,,, noticed it on motley fool 3 years ago when they reccomended it at $1.30, per share

    thorney might be averaging down,,,,,,,, theres a 3% adder allowance per 6 mth time span , the creep provision allowed on the ASX ,
    so this avoids the mandatory takeover trigger (after you get past max 20% holding )
