I think he means the people who got into this CR.
Us chumps had to take the risk of FDA failure, but these guys got it for free.
Let's say you got 1 million shares at 30c = $300,000
When SP hits 45c you sell 666,667 = $300,000
Now you got 333,333 free shares.
You can even buy back the 666,667 when the SP dips back to low 30s as others sell.
