I agree they need the money, but how and who will give them the $$$$ and how good is the deal.

they still have a week, before they drop the news.
its very risky to be a buyer of them shares atm, cz its a binary outcome and delaying means a deal was not inked.
and since the MD mentioned that the company is now shifting focus from lithium to gold, it tells me that the lithium deal did not go thru
the herd of shareholders needs to be guided to a different location possibly hays hills. and the blame will be on the offers they had "they were not in the best interest of shareholders".

for the benefit of doubt i would say, they are waiting to get thru June Tax selling
