The key with eqn is the assets and what surrounds them - Eqn has drilled in line with bre and considering the demand for bre shares and access to funding with recent 80 mill dollar raise in such a tough market- the cash is waiting for deployment. At 50 mil mc, just on ree we are 12 bags off bre. Add in coda mata and the ree itself could carry this valuation on potential. Then we have the IO and section 18c. An overnight 100 plus valuation just on that passing.
