After sleeping on it I am now comfortable and happy with the idea of a CR. The term "strike while the iron's hot" rings true here I believe and we (a 500 m market cap company) just raised 60 mill at what was last week the ATH for the company, in the current market you've got to say that is incredibly positive. The money gives us flexibility to accelerate sales, progress the previous pipeline and most importantly give BP the middle finger if sales take a little longer to grow. Without this cap raise we might have had a max market cap of $2, this could be the reason that number increases to $5. Sure it may slow things for the next 3 months but remember, mgmt dont care about short term SP, they want the big bucks when we eventually get bought out!
