Yes - this reads positively. Mac seem to have sufficient assurance based on Walyering production, Walyering prospects and perhaps even the broader STX portfolio and / or Exco. So those spruiking the CR theory will recognise they ought to be silent for a while....this is a first step to restoring price sanity.
