now if you accept the above data, then apply your Grade 10 deductive logic to it:

ICE manufacturing accounts for 16% of ICE vehicle emissions

EV manufacturing is from 35% to 50% higher manufacturing emission (depends on make/models)

Now apply your grade 10 deductive logic:

ICEs = 16%
EVs = 16% x 1.35 to 16% x 1.5

Therefore: EVs are higher in production CO2 by 5.6% to 8%
