Agree they are dopey when it comes to corporate actions.
Macro factors are hurting junior tech companies across the globe as cost of funding is expensive and funding AI projects is triple more expensive than hiring a bunch of software engineers to offer software product suites.
Best benchmark for companies like BTH is Russell 2000 - we are at a trough and may be down here for a little while.
