I wouldn't touch it until it profitable, fast-food business is something you don't want to back until they turn a profit
even then it is a risky play let alone unprofitable one because a lot of things can work against you
labor cost, rent, input cost, unhappy franchisee, switching cost for customer is easy as walking to the next shop and get your fast food fix
and the one thing you can't do much is price, jacked up and people will walk or eat less
