Agree @Vic, did not realise $5M option attached but the strike price is 33.5C. I don't see SP is going to fly anytime soon as PH2 trials are not registered yet and patients rollout is still to happen which may take sometime.
The PH2 trail may be confined to ANZ as rollout in US and UK could be reasonably expensive and $14M cash reserve may run out sooner before the PH2 readout. The Old management has done enough damage not raising when SP was at >40C which is irreversible seems atm.
