thanks for your view. I thought it was an insightful summary.
3 clarification on my understanding of the details:
1. we are already 5 months into a 12 month tech transfer with DBHITEK yes?
price catalyst: (expect tech transfer complete Q4 2024 or Q1 2025)
2. Weebit needs to qualify a "base/ prototype chip" first (not customer design chip) but have also indicated they will try and qualify a customer chip in parallel to expedite commerical sales, yes?
price catalyst: (expect qualification announcements of sorts Q3-Q4 2025??)
3. Weebit have not started on design with any customers and they would announce this to the market and it would likely happen after tech transfer?
price catalyst: (expect customer disclosures starting design with WBT Q2 2025?)
final deal/licensing commercial, at end of design and qualification with a / multiple customers
MAJOR price catalyst: expect commercial terms and first commercial revenue terms:Q3-Q4 2026, first commercial royalties: Q1-Q2 2027)
thanks again
