(6) Post completed takeover, existing Diatreme small shareholders and former Metallica small shareholders (now all small shareholders of Diatreme) will be subject to:

1. A consolidation of DRX shares where share value will be lost
2. Continuous rights issues by DRX to a point where all small shareholders will be unable to maintain their % share and larger shareholders will own a larger share
3. Former MLM shareholders (who chose to have a hard working and trustworthy BOD) will be subject to a BOD who are hopeless in achieving any project as evidenced by their history of abject failures
4. Former MLM shareholders rather that having a project go into production by EOY 2026 now have a further delayed production date due to the breach of trust by DRX of a 2 year agreement not to takeover MLM.
