    What part of my post makes you think they didn't use drilling mud before they set casing? Genuinely curious. Either way, are you suggesting a penetration charge doesn't penetrate? Or are you trying to pretend the mud was so overbalanced that the blockage could be beyond the penetration? Delusional.
