Does the FTO/m6A system function similarly in animals as it does in humans? If so has Race looked at Bisantrene's effect on m6A levels in any of the animal studies that have been performed? If not, why not?
In hindsight, we've heard lots about anti-cancer and cardio-protection results in animal studies but not much (actually, nothing that I can recall off the top of my head?) that directly addresses FTO/m6A levels. What are the reasons behind this?
Thank you in advance.
