it could marti might start to move while shut in , the smart thing would be to have to put some fluids in the string before closing it of even 1 or 2% acid might be enough over time to get it to move ,not knowing about the muds used make it difficult to know ,it wouldnt take much to block 1/4 in slots ,
have to wait for the jury and the judge on this one ,there seems to be lack of knowledge and experience to deal with the issue on site other wise it would have been sorted experienced drillers would have been right on this and fixed ,still think acid fracking will fix it
