Pure Hydrogen (“PH2”) (“Pure”) is seeking to raise A$3M via a Placement at A$0.16 per share.This represents an 8.6% discount to Last Close and a 17.3% discount to 7D VWAP. Pure is also seeking to raise A$4M via a Share Purchase Plan (‘SPP’).

Pure will issue one (1) free attaching, unlisted option (‘Option’) for every one (1) New Shares issued pursuant to the Placement and SPP. The Options will be exercisable at A$0.25, each with an expiry date 2 years from issuance.
