Why would you drill a reinjection well when you have drilled exploration wells. You could conceivably convert one of the exploration weeks into an injection well, shouldn't take too much capital expenditure to do so, however you would probably have to deal with mining consultants..... LOL
Anyway, it was a solution to having the brine "degrade" in the Andes sun.
