@davnetwinner current market cap is $7.3m (@ 3.2c). They paid $1.3m cash for Code Camp and issued 6 million shares @ $1.119. Total acquisition cost $7.714M. They have managed to screw their shareholders ($1.55 ATH down to $0.03) but even more so, the Code Camp owners who have effectively sold their business for $1.3m. It’s hard to see private equity picking up this cash burner.
