Effectively it's higher, US$500k facility fee and US$3m repayment this year, that's more than 14%. That'll rise to '16%' on the last $5m and in addition to that they have senior security of all assets of the Lindi project. Anyway, I have nothing against WKT and hope they succeed but no one can deny their current strategy is inherently very risky, especially with their focus on jumbo flakes.
