ASIC weren’t prosecuting against the “issue” of the performance shares. They were never trying to cancel them, nor was the ASX. People need to understand the particulars. Read the statement of claim and understand the nuisances. Regardless when someone is found guilty of misleading and deceptive conduct it’s the worst. There’s no moral compass, you are a liar. Karantzis is a talented entrepreneur and savy business person and you have to be impressed with the growth of the company. But!!! He’s by judgement of the Court a deceptive Person. No mistake but deliberate. New CEO is required.
