Fair comments htae, in the interim never a more classic case of ‘smoke and mirrors’ in play here “something intended to disguise or draw attention away from an unpleasant issue”. The spotlight well and truly on the IP that is shining brightly albeit not reflecting where it counts.
The “unpleasant issue/s” ; a sp that is well down from the implementation of CodeRed, a sp that has done bugger all in the last two years, the constant scramble to chase funds at these levels, lack of retail interest ect, ect.
The ‘prize’ becomes real and the smoke dissipated when?, this currently looking like a prelude to the ‘going it alone scenario’ unless something drastically changes the current status quo; lack of funds/retail interest, lack of suitors, Company spiel that has little credibility on anything that sniffs of financial governance, so on.
Prime indicator will be whether a NASDAQ Ann will be in place to raise the next lot of funding, that will be a interesting development in regards to how much raised and whether RI interest can be generated in the States.
