I did get slightly ahead of myself and thanks for pointing that out, Whiskey.
I guess the main point I was trying to make, is that PLS are trying to decide whether or not to build a third concentrator while others are deciding on how they can get their first.
Fortunately SYAQ are past that stage, they just have to hang in there until it is profitable.
