What a negative nelly.
This is a big deal, and gives STX some fightback points if a low ball offer does come, as it proves that STX can develop without dilution with the support of a bank. It also says that STX is moving forward with its strategy.
To not find that message probably leans me to believe we have a shorter in our midst.
