The man said "creditors" LKE has no creditors. He said creditors will get cents in the dollar meaning being that people who have lent dollars will only get cents back. This will not happen because no one has lent any dollars to LKE they are debt free. You divert to the cost of site remediation which because they have only run a demo plant will be minimal.
