talking about sorting out RAC's legal standing, another of my many floating anxieties about RAC (but not bisantrene) is this weird deal they did with City of Hope.
we were never told the nitty gritty details of what we have granted City of Hope in that “deal” or what the penalties are to RAC if RAC does not complete a phase 2 and 3 trial on time….
i can’t remember all the details of what was revealed, but it left me wondering what possible poison pill the previous management of RAC had locked us into. I do remember thinking at the time that expecting RAC to complete a phase 3 trial that fast sounded pretty far fetched…
