You can just see them saying they acted on the macro or on some technical indicators.
It would however be a notice that they were noticed. Hopefully some questions were then asked about what they knew and when.
In the cold light of day it certainly looks like they sold within a day of a CR being announced, and in a manner that decimated the share price quickly and brought the share price back to below the long term up trend.
Of course, Argonaut was not a broker to the CR but would have been in consideration for that role.
And then, after the CR, Argonaut proceeded to sell down the price with a few shares that were not dumped earlier.
All a coincidence, I am sure.
