neither I used to buy a lot of juniors and penny dreadfulls .....some were terrible , some did OK ...but the one in 10 that went gangbusters was the big payday . Things like MCR and JBM bought very very early .
Admittedly GFC was very hard on me but all the loans and the taxman got paid .....and these days I have just a few(underperforming) juniors , a couple of capital notes and mainly RMS,(which is a wonderful company), as gold exposure and dividend stream . A modest to medium gold dominated portfolio that suits a less adventurous older man .
